Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options: - Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) - Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - Overnight Shipping (1 business day) * Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Domestic Shipping We currently ship to addresses within the United States, excluding P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight shipping. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be sent via standard shipping only. International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. Shipping Issues If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at claylotusjewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to help.
