We want you to love your handmade jewelry as much as we love creating it. Because each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please review our refund policy below. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: - Unworn and in its original condition - In the original packaging - Accompanied by proof of purchase Non-returnable Items: - Custom or personalized orders - Gift Cards - Items purchased on sale or during promotion (unless defective) Defective or Damaged Items If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. How to Initiate a Return 1. Email us at claylotusjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days 3. Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges.
